Sydney Renfro

Sydney Renfro earned her J.D. from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law in May 2025 and became a licensed attorney in the State of Texas on October 6, 2025, after successfully passing the July 2025 Texas Bar Exam.

Ms. Renfro began her career with Passman & Jones in May 2024 as a Legal Clerk. 

During her time at UNT Dallas College of Law, Ms. Renfro served as Treasurer and later President of the National Emerging Technologies Council. In her leadership roles, she organized and hosted educational events featuring prominent figures in the legal community, including Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice Nathan Hecht, to discuss the impact of evolving technologies on the practice of law.

Ms. Renfro’s passion for the legal profession began during her undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, where she worked as a Runner and Receptionist at a Lubbock law firm. Following her graduation in December 2021, she continued her legal pursuits as a Legal Assistant in the Dallas area before attending law school.

Ms. Renfro’s professional interests include technology and finance law, with a focus on bankruptcy, corporate contract disputes, collections, estate planning, and probate.
