Mr. Robison joined the firm upon graduating from law school in 2005. He maintains a diverse practice involving business litigation and transactional matters. 

Mr. Robison has represented clients in a variety of complex cases involving aviation, proprietary rights, oil and gas, antitrust, and health care matters. A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees pursuing claims for professional liability, fraudulent transfers, preferential transfers and breach of fiduciary duty.

Representative cases and transactions include:

  • Representing Chapter 11 liquidating trustee in a complex lawsuit against the debtor's parent company, officers, directors and competitors, which resulted in recovery of over $55 million for trustee.
  • Representing Chapter 11 liquidating trustee in numerous lawsuits against insiders and other third parties, which resulted in substantial recoveries for victims of a $485 million Ponzi scheme.
  • Representing manufacturers of replacement parts for various aircraft engines in litigation involving trade secrets and proprietary rights.
  • Representing health care providers with respect to various regulatory matters, including the False Claims Act, HIPAA, Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
