Mr. Gonzalez has been with Passman & Jones since 1983, starting out as the firm’s court-runner. He has served as director of administration for the firm since 1989. He oversees all business and administrative support functions of the firm, including business development, facilities, finance, benefits, information and technology, and marketing. He received his BBA in management from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1985.
Mr. Gonzalez is active in various community organizations in Texas, serving on the Mansfield ISD board of trustees since 2010. He currently serves on the advocacy and policy review committees. He also serves as a delegate to the Texas Association of School Board (TASB) and is a Center for Reform of School Systems (CRSS) Texas Fellow.
He has also consulted with numerous large urban school districts on various matters, including restructuring administrative functions.
Deeply involved in his community, Mr. Gonzalez currently holds volunteer positions with several area organizations, including the Arlington Salvation Army Advisory Council and the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a current member of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, the Optimist Club of Arlington and an advisory board member of H.O.P.E. Tutoring, and also serves on the North Texas Youth Education Town board, also known as the YET.
