As Chair of the Judiciary Committee, Jerry Alexander played a key role in drafting the Local Rules of Practice used in Dallas County’s Civil District and County Courts at Law.  These Local Rules of Practice largely remain in place today and continue to be used and cited by lawyers and judges.
