FIRM FACTS AND HISTORY:

Passman & Jones, A Professional Corporation, is a Dallas, Texas, law firm having a general civil practice and a trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts.

Passman & Jones was founded in 1952 by Sam Passman and Shannon Jones, Jr. as a partnership with twenty-five clients. Since its founding, our firm has served more than 25,000 clients. Sam Passman and Shannon Jones, Jr. continue to be part of the firm after over 56 years of service.

The first office of Passman & Jones was in the seventeen-story Rio Grande National Life Insurance Building on the corner of Elm Street and Field Street in downtown Dallas. After adding additional attorneys, the firm relocated to the Adolphus Tower in 1955, where its practice continued to grow. In 1968, Passman & Jones was one of the first tenants to move into One Main Place. The firm incorporated in 1974 as a Texas professional corporation. In 1988 our firm moved to its present location in Renaissance Tower, coincidentally located on the same block where the old Rio Grande National Life Insurance Building served as our original address.

In the more than 50 years since our founding, Passman & Jones has developed a diversified and distinguished client base, which includes individuals and business entities engaged in a wide variety of enterprises on local, state, national, and international levels.
