Passman & Jones is pleased to announce the addition of Warren R. Westberg to the firm.  Warren practices in the area of complex civil litigation, including Bankruptcy, Business Litigation, Intellectual Property/Technology, Commercial Law, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Fiduciary Duties, Software Defects, Fraud/Misrepresentation, Deceptive Trade Practices and general Tort Liability. With over 21 years experience as a tenacious Texas trial attorney, Warren has won many jury trials for corporations threatened by highly visible cases in hostile venues and has also obtained trial victories for smaller companies in predatory litigation brought by large competitors. He also acts in the capacity of general corporate counsel for small businesses and non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of University of Oklahoma, College of Law, and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University.  Warren shares the Passman & Jones commitment to providing legal services of the highest quality in a timely and cost-effective manner, and we are pleased to have him come on board as part of our growing team.
