Mr. Odén has been practicing with the firm since his graduation from law school in 1984. Mr. Odén actively advises clients with respect to business and corporate matters, including the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships and limited liability partnerships, as well as the preparation and negotiation of asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, contracts of sale, real property leases, employment agreements, employee handbooks, severance agreements, independent contractor agreements, shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, noncompetition agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, license agreements, construction contracts and design and production agreements.

- Represented the purchaser in the purchase of a crane equipment business with a purchase price in excess of $22 million.
- Represented the seller in the sale of a utility installation business with a purchase price in excess of $16 million.
- Represented the seller in the sale of a security alarm business with a purchase price in excess of $6.5 million.
- Represented numerous sellers and purchasers of retail businesses with a sales price less than $5 million, including shoe stores, clothing stores, linen stores, dry cleaners, travel agencies and manufacturing companies.
- Represents on a continuing basis a design and production client with respect to design and production agreements for premiere visual effects for numerous office buildings, hotels and malls throughout the United States.
