Mr. Robison joined the firm upon graduating from law school in 2005 and has focused his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, bankruptcy and business transactions.
Mr. Robison's recent cases and transactions include:
- Assisted in drafting the jury charge and summary judgment briefing in a complex lawsuit filed by a Chapter 11 debtor against its parent company, officers, directors and competitors, which resulted in recovery in excess of $55 million for the bankruptcy estate.
- Representing client in lawsuit to collect unpaid debt.
- Representing client in defense of will contest.
- Assisted in drafting a guaranty and security agreement for a lender in connection with an extension of credit.
- Advised client regarding issues relating to political action committees.
