Mr. Westberg has over 21 years experience as a tenacious Texas trial lawyer representing Fortune 500 companies, closely held entities and individuals on both sides of the bar in complex civil litigation. As lead trial counsel, Mr. Westberg has won many jury trials for corporations threatened by highly visible cases in hostile venues and has successfully defended smaller companies in predatory litigation brought by large competitors. Mr. Westberg concentrates his practice in the areas of complex Civil Litigation involving Bankruptcy and Business Transactions, Intellectual Property/Technology, Commercial Law, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Fiduciary Duties, Software Defects, Fraud/Misrepresentation, Deceptive Trade Practices and general Tort Liability. He also acts in the capacity of general corporate counsel for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
