Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adams was a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division and a Special Assistant United States Attorney. Mr. Adams now concentrates his area of practice in complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and has represented Chapter 7 Trustees on numerous cases involving preferences, fraudulent transfers, and director and officer liability.

- Represented trustees for bankruptcy estates involved in the following industries: aerospace, commercial office buildings, computer equipment and software, entertainment, food brokerage, hospitals, marine products, medical office buildings, medical practices, oil and gas interests, professional sports, shopping centers, and telecommunications.
- Retained to represent bankruptcy appellant before Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and obtained favorable opinion in less than 24 hours after oral argument.
